Tom offers a powerful combination of industrial leadership and social purpose to North Star Trust. As the Managing Director of Alliance Project Controls (APC), he offers over 25 years of expertise in navigating complex projects and driving organisational performance. At the heart of Tom’s work is a dedication to mental health and crisis intervention. In addition to his role here, he serves as the Board Chair of Men Matter Scotland, where he champions suicide prevention and the power of peer-led support. Tom’s unique ability to translate high-level corporate strategy into life-changing community initiatives ensures that North Star Trust remains both operationally robust and deeply impactful.
Georgia is an advocate for social empowerment, combining high-level strategic expertise with a deep commitment to community service. Currently the Group Commercial Director at Prime Trading Group, she leverages her extensive professional leadership to help drive our charity’s mission and long-term impact. Beyond her corporate role, Georgia serves as a Panel Member for the Scottish Children’s Hearing System. In this capacity, she works to protect the rights and well-being of vulnerable young people, ensuring their voices remain at the heart of the decision-making process.
